As the Summer is just around the corner, couples are planning their wedding stationery well in advance. Our theme for February 2020 is floral. As you can see from the above, the beautiful floral theme is used throughout the invites, the table seating chart and the wedding welcome sign.
The top left and bottom right corners on the invitation card has the floral border, whereas the borders are located in the opposite corners (top right and bottom left) for the matching wedding stationery.
Whilst designing our stationery, we aim for consistency. From the moment your guest receives their invite, the floral theme is set. To show them that you have put ample thought and effort into consistency, upon arriving at your first function, the matching welcome sign will remind them of the months prior when they first received the floral invite. This can then be continued throughout the rest of your stationery and decor. You may opt for floral centerpieces, a beautiful floral backdrop behind the head table and even the stage can be decorated beautifully with flowers.
As well as the design, we feel that the fonts and font colours used throughout is equally as important. The fonts that we use on the text for your wedding invite will also follow through for the rest of your wedding stationery. The font colours we use are also complimentary. For this particular set, we have used a bold pink font colour. As there are also some green leafs on the floral design, we could even use a nice green font colour to add some contrast.
The text on the actual invitation card can also be foiled with the floral borders then appearing in colour.
The beauty behind a floral wedding card is the fact that it can be used for all faiths and beliefs including Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Muslims and more.
Keep an eye out for more monthly wedding sets, which will include the wedding card and matching wedding stationery, such as the wedding seating chart, wedding welcome signs, wedding table menus, wedding table numbers and place cards.
